Meet Your Coach

Hi, my name is Alex Silver-Fagan; trainer, yoga teacher, and your biggest cheerleader. I’ve spent over a decade in the fitness industry, navigating not just physical challenges, but also mental health and the complex experience of being a woman in today’s world.

Through my own struggles, I’ve learned that true strength isn’t just about the body—it’s about resilience, self-love, and the courage to keep showing up for yourself. This is why I created Flow Into Strong—not just to help you work out, but to help you work in.

This 4-week program blends yoga and strength training to guide you towards a deeper connection with your body and spirit. Each week focuses on a different theme—Awareness, Pleasure, Solitude, and Identity—allowing you to grow both physically and emotionally. Flow Into Strong has transformed my relationship with movement, my body, and myself, and it’s my mission to help you experience that same transformation.
